Live Q&A + lovingkindness meditation
During challenging moments do you offer yourself criticism or compassion? Are you battling with anxiety or depression? Do you find it difficult to be kind and loving towards yourself?
Join meditation coach and founder of YSM8, Poonam Dhuffer for a live Q&A + meditation on how to cultivate self-compassion. You’ll leave the session with knowing how to switch off and honour your needs, why distractions arise during meditation and how to cultivate more love and kindness towards yourself.

Good Stuff: Accept Yourself
Our founder, Poonam Dhuffer will take you through a self-reflection and guided meditation workshop where you will connect with yourself and others.
We’ll explore self-sabotaging habits, accepting our whole self and share practical exercises that will help you identify your thoughts.
Together with Poonam you'll explore and learn:
Why do we need to befriend ourselves as we are
How to embrace feeling uncomfortable
What happens when we water the seeds of doubt
How loving-kindness visualisation and meditation helps us to cultivate compassion towards ourselves and others
How to observe, reflect and focus on what holds us back from growth
We will be hosting this workshop on Saturday 27th June and Sunday 28th June at various times. Pick a slot and grab your tickets here.

Allyship & Acceptance: A Guide To Showing Up
Yes mate! Colourfull and YSM8 are coming together to bring you an amazing workshop focused on acceptance. To accept ourselves, and importantly to accept others, no matter how different we may be.
We've been unpicking what allyship actually means. And at the heart of it, it's the ability to accept someone as they are and to see them as valid and equal. With everything that is happening right now (#BlackLivesMatter and #Pride), different parts of our communities need us. And a powerful way to show up for others is by practicing acceptance.
All are welcome, just be mindful and respectful of the diverse voices we'll have attending on the day. Come through! Grab your free spot here.

Good Stuff: Take Care ( PM Workshop)
Join our multi-sensory, self-reflection and guided meditation Good Stuff workshop in the afternoon.
We’re all adjusting to this new way of living. We’re having more DMC’s (deep meaningful conversations), exercising more, decluttering our homes and spending more time brushing up our culinary skills. How are you taking care of your mental health though? Are you prioritising your own needs?
How can we use self-reflection to process how we’re feeling and prevent us from burning out emotionally? It’s time to unplug, reflect and do the work M8.
