Good Stuff: Take Care ( PM Workshop)

Our founder, Poonam Dhuffer will take you through a self-reflection and guided meditation workshop where you will connect with yourself and others. Poonam will be sharing her lived experiences and daily meditation practices that will bring you clarity and help reduce anxiety. ✨

We will begin with a welcome ritual and round our workshop off with a group meditation by giving gratitude to The Divine. 🙏🏽

In our guided multi-sensory workshop we’ll explore and learn:

  • How to identify what is serving you?

  • Why we need to set digital and physical boundaries

  • The importance of slowing down

  • Why gratitude journaling makes us feel good

  • How to cultivate slow that help to recenter us

How to join us online:

  2. Download Zoom (they offer free accounts)

  3. You will receive an email with a Zoom link and instructions on how to join 24 hours before our workshop.

What our community says:

The workshop felt very much alive! It felt special to dedicate a time to reflect and I am more calm and self-sufficient in finding contentment and positive energy. You have completely nailed the format, the flow and the variation of talking, doing and reflecting.

Thanks for that Poonam, really enjoyed that and need it. You’re brilliant. And it made me reflect on a bunch of stuff, where and who I draw my energy from. Really nice way to begin a Sunday, but also round off a week that’s been quite challenging at times mentally.

I felt incredibly relaxed and felt good about sharing. I preferred that I couldn’t see loads of faces on camera - felt like more of safe space just seeing people’s comments and you being there as a voice to facilitate it. I’m naturally very introverted so preferred I could share more.

I really enjoyed that you allowed for us to gently question ourselves and how/ why we are doing things. You created an internal dialogue within myself whilst you were speaking and I have left the session feeling inspired and calm, ready to reattempt meditation upon your advice!
