The Slow Path

During our journey together, you will receive a safe, sacred, nourishing space to slow down, express yourself fully, and be held with Poonam. We will gather online via Zoom for all our sessions.

What you will receive:

  • 1 x Opening and onboarding call: (60 minutes) you will set your intentions for our 3-month journey together.

  • 1x Closing ceremony: (60 minutes) we will hold a ceremony together to celebrate our work together, you will share your with key reflections and intentions for your journey onwards.

  • 6x bi-weekly, Somatic coaching calls ( 60 minutes): This is a slow, emergent space to feel wisdom of your body, gain clarity, draw inspiration from within you, process, and express what is coming up for you. We will tend to the blocked energy, and create spaciousness for flow to gently ripple in. You will build deeper awareness into your bodily sensations, your inner world, and develop new ways of thinking, feeling and being. I will ask you gentle, and powerful questions, and invite you to notice what is emerging for you.

  • Messaging support + somatic practices in-between sessions ( via Telegram)

  • You can share ideas, insights, inspiration through written messages, voice-notes, and picture uploads. I will share my reflections, and guide you with somatic practices to support you to anchor, ground and release, and surrender.

  • You can connect with me on Mondays - Thursdays, between 9am - 5pm.

  • Valuing your time: How to define your priorities and how to protect your capacity when making decisions (especially when thinking about success).

  • Sacred Elements: Reconnect to Earth energy, and your sacred womb, awakening deep intuitive awareness and creative flow.

  • Joy exploration: Connecting to what lights you up with interactive activities, reflections and conversations.

  • Roadmapping: Co-create a roadmap of how you can implement our reflections into your daily life and integrate a new way of being.
