What's nourishing and energising you right now? In our guided workshop we will explore what nourishes our wellbeing, what boundaries constantly distract us from being silent and why reflecting back helps us move forward.

Poonam will be sharing her lived experiences and daily meditation practices that will bring you clarity and help reduce anxiety. β¨
We will begin with a welcome ritual and round our workshop off with a group meditation by giving gratitude to The Divine. ππ½
Timings: 10 am - 12 pm
What you will need: a tea-light/ candle, a cup of tea, a note-pad and pen. Don't forget a lighter or matches to light your candle or tea-light. Food and snacks all welcome.
