Seeds of change: The seasons of personal growth

We observe and take inspiration from the cycle of Mother Nature. She teaches us how to seed, bloom, grow, decay and rest through her creation. We will tune into understanding why we move in and out of sync in seasons. We will explore the importance of mind-body alignment to set our intentions.

You will leave the session understanding:
